Imperial is our answer to the dark roast. While not as dark as the darkest night it is still a fully developed coffee with lots of deep tones. This current iteration is made from La Danta, a coffee we sourced specifically for this purpose. We have featured this group of over 70 producers of this delicious coffee perennially for many years. As Imperial, it is round, chocolatey and sweet with fully developed sugars. While the components of Imperial will change throughout the year, the tone, style and profile will remain the same.
